Thanks for info,but i do really need a book of contracts with a carbon copy for me too,must be places that can sell them.

Why don't you fill out the form on the computer & print 2 copies, you sign both & renter signs both.

You can buy carbon paper from Tescos (Chewang)

Make your own book with photocopies. (That's what my local guy does.)

I've sent you a PM with a pdf file attached. This is one I compiled from the standard form that I got from a Thai motorbike renter - plus a couple of additions

that I felt were needed.

What I did when I was renting was to print a load out and each party signs one - there is only a few places that anything needs to be ticked and signed.
