Superior Sound Through Subscription ?

I like the many channels of ,e.g. SKY.FM Radio. They promises superior sound quality to a subscriber.

Ad free is not so much my concern. Do you think, or actually know from experience, if the quality difference can be heard, actually?

How does it work technically, higher bit streams............which in turn may cause buffering times. ???

I discovered these options for premium listeners = screen shot.

The bit rate I understand, ACC vs mp3 in terms of quality not, relevant?

What about the different Players, any real difference in listening quality??

I think if you register with them you get the option of a trial premium account.

Then you can try yourself.

A 40 kbps stereo audio stream is pretty highly compressed, going up to 128 kbps should make a fairly big difference.

If you can get the trial you can also test if you're getting buffering issues on the higher bitstreams, although it really shouldn't...
