Yes it does stretch the imagination an aweful lot but i will naively go along with it because its the first bit of good news i've heard since samui became a "green" island

Perhaps the GPS function, can't unlock? Na I'm just being cynical. Was a good hearted act.

I left a small bag in a taxi mini bus, in BKK once..... It was returned to where I was staying .... really not so amazing.... Most people are honest!

If the press can catch this i'm suprised that they manage to miss all the stabbings, shootings, sexual assaults & the odd Safari truck rolling over from time to time!

This happened to me once...not an iphone though...I am far too squeaky to own one of those!

The Samui Express used to publish the crime and accident statistics on the island.

Ment to post this earlier, The same had happened to me with an iphone.

After an innocent night of alcohol testing in Lamai I returned via taxi to Bohput / Big C area at about 5 am.

A couple hours latter as I was still up and I noticed the taxi driver pull into the driveway.

Being in the state I was it took me a moment to realize the driver was trying to return my iphone, not asking me to answer his phone. lol!

He had driven back from Lamai to return it I found out later.

Still lots of good people out there.

I should have just given him the phone because shortly after that it escaped from me on a night out in

Bangkok anyways. tricky iphones!
