December 15, 201213 yr Hey all, I read somewhere that there are no combo tickets available that will allow me to get from Nathon Pier all the way to Surat Thani train station. Is this true? I'm trying not to get ripped off and left in the middle of nowhere by touts. Thanks!
December 15, 201213 yr I don't know from Samui, but you can get a combo ticket from KPG pier with Raja ferry, both to the train station or to the airport. I think with Panthip Travel.

Panthip Travel does have a "shop" on Samui, I cannot remember though if it is near the pier or after the end of the one way system, in Nathon, then maybe half kilometer or so on left... across from where there is a bus station. (not same buses you take). That bus takes you to Raja Ferry in Lipa Noi.... which one would hope will get you to the station... without the hassle! Anyone else know more?
December 15, 201213 yr Come on Richie - you are captain of the AB's. Surely the NZRU pay enough to hire a limo???

December 17, 201213 yr Combo tickets to the train station are also available at a desk next to where the buses are waiting. 350 baht last time I looked.
December 18, 201213 yr Bamboo House across the road from the first pier in Nathon. Welcome to Samui Mr McCaw, started your sabbatical already?
