and then tutsi grabs a woman from soi Nana...

in the hotel room she sez: 'now whaddaya expect me to do?...'

'I expect you to remove yer clothes...'

'yew gotta to be the fattest, ugliest POS that I have seen...'

'why should that be a problem?...'

and then he sways and sings: 'ye really got a hold on me...'

and then the allure of popular music takes over...

(with apologies to Smokie and the Miracles but it was a miraculous time...)

Billy Paul? Pish!

Good .... but I still think we can do better.

She died from breast cancer in 1998. There's a story out there somewhere about how she fell in love with a much younger Jewish man.

It's a nice story, if you can find it.

Per WIKI:

In 1984, she recorded a self-written ballad entitled "Move Closer". It was a complete departure from the type of music she had been recording. The lyrics of "Move Closer" were based on a long-term love affair she had with a much younger man in Philadelphia, who was struggling to start his own computer business.[citation needed] They lived together for several years, raising Nelson's two children (Marc and Kenya) that she had borne earlier by two different men.

Really....

I remember that well. Great song; crap video.

Try this:

She's especially superb at about two minutes 40.

Lots of people think she's Portuguese, but she was actually born in the rather magnificent city of Seville.

No wonder Tutsi soundly defeated Jingthing for Poster of the Year.

I can see you're a bit of a forum newbie, but ......time for something monumental
