Sisaket Residents, Which Is The Quickest Driving Route From Bkk.

Featured Replies

Thinking about driving to Sisaket.

Which route is quicker 24 or 226?

Did you try the "itinerary" function on google maps? It provides also the time to reach the destination. -_-

The 214/226 is mostly single lane, and the 226 isn't in such great shape anymore. The 24/220 route has better roads, but more villages/towns to pass through.

If driving in new year traffic, it's a tricky one. After Prasat, the 24 will still be choked with traffic heading to Ubon. The 214 will have a bunch of Surin traffic on it, but the 226 should be more easy going. I would probably play it by ear and make a snap decision @ Prasat ;)

Where in Sisaket are you going to though? All of this assumes Mueang... if your destination is at the North end of the province you may want to consider the 2/202 route.

If only Google maps could tell you about road conditions and anticipate traffic loads ;)

Drive to Ubon, then fly then your abovementioned worries are over.
