Goopad Mini 8 Inch

Featured Replies

Hi there,

First I'm a novice on the tablet scene.

I tried to understand everything that was being said on the " which tablet " topic, but might as well have tried reading Latin.

What I want to use it for is, emailing, browsing the net, watch music videos on Youtube, download and read ebooks and that's it.

No games except maybe a game of solitaire.

The Goopad Mini seems to be a good choice, it has a 1024x768 resolution, 1,4 GHz processor, 1 GB ram and 8 GB storage, and the price is at

150 $ (shipped home) just about what I want to spend.

But now my question : Does anyone know if this tablet is for sale here in Pattaya or not?

Thanks beforehand for useful replies and please no technical jargon.

I have been looking for a tablet in Pattaya for the last month and can't say I've ever seen a Goopad. There are hundreds of Chinese brands available and maybe somewhere like MBK in BKK would have one, buy Tucom has a very limited choice of tablets.

At Pantip, Fortune City in Bangkok and TucCom, Pattaya, you will see the AIGO M80 *" Android tablet that matches the specs you gave; about B5000.

Mobile Expo is on 7-10 February Queen Sirikit center. Bangkok

Thanks to anyone who replied.

Seems the one I'm interested in (because of good reviews) is not readily available here.

Will probably order online from China.

Thanks again

I posted that I was interested in one of them (because they were everywhere in the computer malls) in my thread about 'What can a tablet do?' someone posted links to unhappy customers. Info will be in my thread.
