Brazilian Bikini Waxes Make Crab Lice Endangered Species

Well, I was reading the Bloomberg Business News, contemplating if the Stock Market had peaked in it's recent cycle ... and came across this little nipper of a story.

Public Heath Notice ...

Public lice the crab-shaped insects that have dwelled in human groins since the beginning of history, are disappearing. Doctors say bikini waxing may be the reason.

Waning infestations of the bloodsuckers have been linked by doctors to pubic depilation, especially a technique popularized in the 1990s by a Manhattan salon run by seven Brazilian sisters.

More than 80% of college students in the U.S. remove all or some of their pubic hair -- part of a trend that’s increasing in western countries.

In Australia, Sydney’s main sexual health clinic hasn’t seen a woman with pubic lice since 2008 and male cases have fallen 80 percent from about 100 a decade ago.

EDIT ... forgot the cute photo ... laugh.png

What's the best way to get rid of pubic hair?

Well, you could try scraping the sharpest thing in your washkit over the wrinkliest part of your anatomy...... you could melt your candle for a back, crack and sack.... or you could go the chemical route... a cream, or paint stripper. Lastly, there's the mechanical method.... a belt sander.

I read a post somewhere about a guy's thai gf grooming him with a pair of tweezers.....Now that is harsh w00t.gif

It is all cyclical OP.

The Lice will be back as the latest pubic hair fashions take off. I envisage the following:

Pubic hair Pigtails

Pubic Afro

Pubic hair Dreadlocks

Muslims remove their pubic hair since back the days and not just some Brazilian sisters opened a shop in Manhatten and made pubic hair removal a trend in the West.

What's your point? Are you saying we should refer to that style of pubic hair trimming as a 'muslim' rather than a 'brazilian' ??

simply-removing pubic is not something new.

and next time you see a girl in a burka you will know that she is shaved.

And for women, the Beehive is back.
