I trust we all feel we are adequately qualified to make our choice - or even to be in the same room as these two?

Thanks for the info. You might want to give the sources of your info.

Are we looking at the potential 2008 Presidential candidate race?

If so, then the current 100% of the votes here being for Clinton might indicate some difficulties for Rice.... of course, they could still try and figure a way to corral the electoral college for a win, despite having 0 votes in the popular vote.

you are not serious!!?? Are you that desperate for information!!??'

C´mon man... Í like to be proud of my friends...

not ashamed....

A woman of beauty and grace.

In June 1999, Dr. Condoleeza Rice completed a six year tenure as Stanford University 's Provost, during which she was the institution's chief budget and academic officer. As Provost she was responsible for a $1.5 billion annual budget and the academic program involving 1,400 faculty members and 14,000 students.

Further qualifications and honors:

It's very impressive.

Rice is catching up! :D I think your post might have helped Aughie.

Sorry both are rubbish :o

But if you had to pick one. I'll even let you pick 'em at a younger age! :D

Talented intellegent and she understands and exhibits grace, it sums up attractive in my book.

i could see them both working at Demonia next week....

Well, Clinton's 'Nome de plume' is the "Hildebeast".

Say no more... :o

Neither.

And neither will ever be President.

Ms. Rice has publicly stated that she has no interest in running for President.

Ms. Clinton is unelectable.

Neither.

...

Ms. Rice has publicly stated that she has no interest in running for President.

...

If ever there was a statement, in public life and politics, that automatically should be treated with the scepticism it deservers, it is this one, and any similar denial of political ambitions, from those in a profession that by its very nature defines ambition.

Ms. Clinton is unelectable.

Huh?

I didn't stutter.

Ms. Clinton will never be president. She has no chance of defeating anyone. It is very doubtful that she would even win her own party's nomination. She has far many more enemies that she has allies.

She will have a hard time even getting a viable running mate. Anyone in the Democrat Party with a potentially bright political future (e.g., Barak Obama, etc.) is not going to allow themselves to become tainted by her shady past, voting record, and failed initiatives.

It's no different that other lame-o Dem candidates of the past ... Mondale, Dukakis, Gore, Gephardt, Fat Teddy, etc. They all failed because they were all unelectable.

Your last paragraph show your colors (for those who don't already know).

Of course she has a chance, a lot of people find her a very likely candidate for the democrats (against facist extreme-right extreme-faith-based alternatives)

Funy notion of 'unelectable', that is.

I seem to remember a judge interfering when Gore almost made it... :o

They could have tortured the prisoners by showing his speeches. :D

So...why is she single?

Dangerous ground.

I hope you are not implying that having a husband is the only way a woman can confirm she has the above qualities.

These ladies might disagree with you:

post-1263-1140787522_thumb.jpg

Of course she has a chance, a lot of people find her a very likely candidate for the democrats

2008 Democrat presidential hopefuls:

The unelectables: Joe Biden (political has been), Wesley Clarke (political never was), John Kerry (political has been)

The unknowns and possibly electables: Evan Bayh, Mark Warner, John Edwards, Bill Richardson

What makes you think Clinton belongs in the latter group and not the former with the other has beens?

She is without question the most polarizing figure in American politics. Most Republicans accept her for the scumbag that she is. Most Democrats either love her or hate her.

The Republicans would love for her to run because she would split the vote. The Dems don't want her to run for precisely this reason.

More to the point, what has she accomplished with 8 years in the White House and 5 years in the Senate? Has she really done anything of note other than stir the sh*t? The only answer is no, but why don't you prove everyone wrong.

Talented intellegent and she understands and exhibits grace, it sums up attractive in my book.

So...why is she single?

Because she chooses to be single, as she has explained publicly on many occasions.

Compare that with "Hypocrite Hil" who has maintained a sham marriage for the last 15 years for the simple reason of political convenience.

Google is a good preventative medicine for foot-in-mouth disease, Spee.

I suggest you make the best of it. :o

I guarantee you the lable of 'unelectable' is in no way a hinderance to being elected president. It was used of Reagan, both Bushs and I'm sure a whole host of others.

Hillary Clinton will be the first woman President, and if I was a betting man (which I'm not) I'd bet on it!
