That is one of the most common dilemmas of women who aims to lose weight in a fast way. When they lose the extra weights, they get a sagging skin.

For me, the best way you can get rid of this problem is lose weight in the proper way. First I am a man (so my women dilemmas are different....).

I lost a lot weight fast. Did a lot "body building exercises". Of course you don't build muscles on a fast diet, not much.

low carb diet....only meat and vegetables.

I saw that slightly too much skin on my belly, but it shrink on itself very fast.

So for me no problem at all. I ask myself if the high protein amount maybe helps the body?
