Anyone know where it is possible to rent a compactor - gas powered preferably to compact the dirt prior to setting the concrete?

Any construction tools businesses around that rent out these kinds of things?

Head east on the superhighway frontage road from Chotana intersection. Somewhere along there, before you get to the river, there is a place that rents them & other construction equipment. Roughly, across the super from Tesco. Probably nearer Chotana intersection than the river. Sorry for being vague, but it was about 5 yrs ago we rented the same machine.
