Could be Keelung in Taiwan but more likely Wan Chai in Honkers...long time no been so....recon they are a bit dated..

Doesn't look anything like the Wanchai I remember from Hong Kong ... way too pretty girls on the pics ... I remember old bags who wanted way too much money for nothing.
