apparently it had grown to second largest (in terms of traffic) torrent site on the innertube

I am pretty sure kat.ph and www.kickasstorrents.com resolve to the same IP address so maybe a DNS issue somewhere, for a day or so?

Kat.ph domain was seized for a breach of TOS apparently. Not really a big deal. They just switched to another domain.
