Here ... some red hot chillies to go with the nanas and garlic!!!

You will need some of these to put the fire out, very sweet and tasty Laa Mut (as in put) at ฿30 per kilo.

My breakfast this morning.Slow cooked pork hocks in tomato puree with onion and various herbs

along with presteamed then lightly stir fried mixed vegetables.

Nice , could do with some Mash potato though
