Hi folks, I want to buy a small 2nd hand 4x4 like a Suzuki Vitara or similar, the prices are very expensive though. I want to spend no more than 100,000 baht. Does anyone have any suggestions where to buy one? I am not wanting a specific seller just a place where there is a lot of them. I'm happy to travel to Bangkok, or anywhere in the south or up to Ranong or anywhere in between. But I don't want to travel much further than that

For that price, you will need to be able to go all over. It is a really low price you are looking at. Even the Suzuki Carribean which is as cheap as it gets for a 4x4 will be hard to find at 100,000, a Vitara is a better, more expensive model. Word of mouth is good for finding these things. Probably would be cheaper the further away it is from an urban center like BKK or pattaya.

double your budget and you might find something decent in a carribian.

here are bangkok prices, 130k is about the lowest, they go as high as 350 or so
