preferably NOT the standard Thai black hen.

very nice they are too but Balut are ducks not chickens...not for those with a weak stomach

This is a good example of how a thread can go off on a tangent,David is

looking for fertile hens eggs to hatch ,not eat !

A while ago I did notice in ThaiVisa classifieds that some one had

RIR,Plymouth Rock and Indian Runner duck,Hatchlings and older

for sale,not sure about eggs though.

David make sure you keep your stock well locked up at night,as

a couple of weeks ago we lost a goose to what must have been

a python, I have seen very big ones at night in the small river at

rear of our house.
