Home I use Imovane to sleep and for anxiety.The only thing that have helped me in Thailand is Allam for this.

Does anyone know where I can buy these, I live in Hua Hin

There is no brand of zopiclone (which is what Imvane is) registered for use in Thailand,. Zolpidem (Stilnox) is available and as they are the same class of drug, may work for you. However iit s a strictly controlled drug available only from a hospital pharmacy on doctor prescription.

Alprazolam (which is what Allam is) is also prescription only, and highly addictive.

While neither drug is advisable to take on a daily basis, Zolpidem is the better of the two alternatives as less addictive.

Either way you are going to need to see a doctor. I'd suggest a psychiatrist specializing in anxiety disorders. You may need to travel to BKK to find one.
