Best Place To Exchange Thb On Arrival In Yangon?

Wife and I are taking a short trip to Yangon and I'm wondering where are the best exchange rates folks have found when arriving.

The tour group has arranged a Burmese guide to exchange our THB but my wife said it wasn't a good rate. Her research so far shows the airport to offer the best rates, which is convenient but we're open to other options.

I have always exchanged my THB into USD at BKK airport before flying to Myanmar (make sure you get crispy new bills). In Myanmar, I have used the USD, on occasions getting change in local currency.

I don't recommend taking THB to Myanmar, unless things have changed very recently.
