Is Bactine Available In Thailand?

Has anyone seen Bactine for sale here in Thailand?

I suppose it doesn't actually need to be this brand name, but the active ingredient is important, "Benzalkonium Cl"

No bactine here.

Several preparations with Benzalkonium Cl but none that also have lidocaine (topical anesthetic) which is what distinguished Bactine, and most contan at least one other preparation, usually cetrimide (another disinfectant)

Plus there are plenty of other disinfectant solutions, just as effective, on the market without benzalkonium Cl.

the main selling point for Bactine is that there is no stinging, hence the lidocaine. Plenty of other things will do the job in terms of disinfecting.

Might be able to advise better if we knew what you want it for exactly...?
