Silpakorn Summer Music School, held annually, is considered
to be the most prestigious summer music school in Thailand. Approximately 100
young musical talents, selected by rigorous audition, come to play music
together and further their musical knowledge and experience under the guidance
of our distinguished music faculty.

With generous support from Siam Commercial Bank, SSMS is
delighted to announce that Maestro Hikotaro Yazaki, the internationally
acclaimed conductor, has again accepted our invitation to collaborate with the
young artists throughout the duration of the summer school and, under Maestro
Yazaki's baton, the SSMS Orchestra will perform works by Rimsky-Korsakov and Dvorak,
as well as Weber's celebrated clarinet concerto which will be played by Supak Wittayanukulluk, the winner of the 2013 Thailand Clarinet
Competition.

The summer school will culminate in two grand concert performances:
