March 3, 201313 yr No, not available. It was banned as a pharmaceutical in the US in the mid 1990's due to lack of evidence of efficacy. Contrary to what some "alternative" medicine websites etc may claim, low stomach acidity is rare and seldom occurs except as a consequence of specific treatments or after radiatioin or surgery n the stomach. How was this diagnosed and what is the underlying cause? Unless you have had radiation treatment or gastric bypass surgery, this condition is unlikely to exist on its own, rather would be related to use of certain medications or other medical condition. The usual management of it is to treat the underlying cause.
