Sound Problem With Pc

Your advice will be much appreciated...

I bought a new PC in Pantip (Bangkok) and can not get the sound to work. I have a DVD and speakers etc but as they loaded the software I have no instructions. I have followed the troubleshooter advice but no luck there so I'm guessing it must be something very simple that probably needs to be "clicked/switched" on.

I'm teaching myself reading thai at the moment and have some great web sites that I found using other threads on TV.

So question is does anyone know a company I can contact for a house visit very near Big Buddha?

If so is it TT&T or TOT

My friend cannot get it near Big Buddha and I am looking for alternatives.

I've got TT&T ADSL in Plai Laem.

I've got TOT ADSL and I live opposite Big Buddha. The estate agent arranged it so I don't know if there was a choice. There is a TT&T shop in the book shop outside Tesco Lotus they may be able to help.
