Custom Made Seat - Where?

Does anyone know of a place that could make my seat look like this?

What sort of material is on the seat?

I'm based on Samui. I couldn't find anything here, so I will need to post it.

You can just take the picture to any seat maker shop. If they cant do it go to the next. Shaping foam is very easy.

The link just says to use vinyl so guess the same stuff that bar stools are covered with???

you may want to reconsider perforated vinyl, your rump will get all wet if you park in the rain...water will seep into the seat.You could do 2 layers though, with a false perforated top.
