Hi,

This gym is as good or better than most of Pattaya gyms.

It's 250 thb / day or 2500 / month.

Aircon and all LIFEFITNESS equipment.

I haven't found better since Caifornia is closed.

Cheers.

I agree that this is the best gym around Pattaya if you cannot stand the dust, the heat, and the shiiite at all Tomy gym (name have been changed to protect the guilty :-) )

The gym membership is 15,500/year. The only negative for some is the aircon is turned on at 3:00 in the afternoon.

That is a pretty big negative if you train in the morning!

Could someone please inform the rest of us, where this gym is located

From the 3rd Rd / soi 17 intersection, go down Soi 17 towards the Land Office and Thepprasit Rd. You will see PRS Hotel on your left in a few hundred meters.

Are you going there ? Looks like 5 stars hotel gym ?

No. Didn't like a/c policy and a few other small items.

If you want to get used to this weather go to a non a/c gym like I do. 6 hours yesterday afternoon ending with a +81c sauna for 15 mins. I can get bye with just a fan in my room. My home country is very cold and very dry/low humidity. You can adapt.

I used to go there at 06:00 in the morning, well before the heat of the day builds up and aircon is needed by some.

I’ve been in the mornings 0800 ish, air con on in cardio section and weights section.
Best gym around for sure. Good parking out the back as well.
