As some of you may know, i am planing on moving back out to Australia (from the Uk) in a few months to work for a year on a work visa to be with my TGF who is about to start a 2 year study course.. after my 1 year in Oz i am thinking about studying a course to further my education and plus to be with my girlfriend untill her course has finished.. If we then decide we would like to move back to the UK together will that prove to be a problem has i have not had a stable job in the UK for 2 years? We will be able to prove evidance of a real relationship easy, due to lease contacts on two different apartments from the last 2 years, emails, phone bills, photos, hopefully all the relanvant information we can get are hands on. (we will apply next year, or year after but i am gathering information now) Money shouldn't be a problem my girlfriend is not poor.. rather the opposite. Will that effect her visa chance's? just because i have been working outside of the UK

The immigration rules state that the visa officer has to be satisfied that the applicant can be maintained without recourse to public funds, so, that you have neither worked nor lived in the UK for 2 years will not result, per se, in the visa being refused. However, you and/or your girlfriend will have to demonstrate that you have either sufficient funds or employment in the UK with which to support yourselves.

Scouse.

Or a sponsor, such as a parent, who will support you until you start work. Obviously, any such sponsor will need to provide evidence that they can afford to do so.
