I am amused when I walk into certain retail establishments and the clerk is sleeping at the counter.

Some falangs probably spend hours ramming the difference between the letters B and D to school children, only to complain that things are tougher than they seem.

That said....Your input???

Painting pedestrian crossings on roads. Noone cares whether you go to work or not. Noone cares when you have been to work.

In Thailand it has to be the Moo Bahn security guys - they spend all day chatting or sleeping with the odd salute as the local thief passed by in his loaded pickup.

Many of my Thai lady friends claim that the "working girls" are lazy girls. That is why they have that job.

Interesting view on it, since (yes I admit) I have on quite a few occasions visited those entertainment venues, and it doesn't seem like the easiest job in the land.
