Chiang Khong The Name Of The University They Want To Build There

I am of the understanding there is going to be a new university built in Ching khong they have purchase a vast amount of land ,

does any one know the name of the university?

When they plan to start construction ?

When in doubt, call it 'Mae Fa Luang' nearly every other institutionalized thing in this region is so-called, why not a new U? Ok, there already a Mae Fa Luang U north of C.Rai, so call the new one Mae Fa Luang College, or MFL2.

Whenever there's bridge built across a river joining Thailand and another country, it's called 'Friendship Bridge.' How about a contest among school children, to see if any can come up with a name other than 'Friendship' ?
