Been away for a while, anything happen with the monthly meetings? Any interest in starting them back up?

Was just discussing this with urandom the other day, we have our own 'meeting' once or twice a month, would love to have others join!

we need to setup date and place for something to happen...

would anyone else reading this be interested? basically it's about having beers, downtown BKK, talking about computer related stuff. we had a few presentations in the past too, anyone's welcome to join.

I'd be glad to try to join once :-) Some beers, good topics and a good company can easily be welcome!

Ok then, next Wednesday or Thursday, and soi8 just for old times sake? I would gladly take other location suggestions, as long as there is Guinness and free (or hackable) wifi :)

Wednesday is off so maybe Thursday is a better option. AFAIC, I can do it any day except on 3rd.

Would love to join you gents but I live in Phuket. Very few of our ilk hereabouts.

Should we have meeting in Phuket as well? I was a bit wondering what are these meeting all about, but now I know it's to drink beer and have a chat, so that sounds quite good :)

I'm likely to be in Bangkok on 1st of May (Wednesday) so if the meeting is in the evening, please update the information here. It would be nice to meet.
