NAKORNPRATHOM – May 4th, 2013 [PDN]; authorities of Sarmqaipheuak Police Station in Nakhornpathom province were notified from concerned residents in Siriwan Village about a crocodile loose in the neighborhood.

They were afraid that it would have been a danger to people in the village so they reported the sighting and had the police come to inspect.

Police officers searched Soi 3 on the east side of the village and encountered the crocodile with the length of approximately one meter. It was agile and crept all over the street all while dogs were barking at it.

From interviews from the village residents, it is revealed that this crocodile belonged to a house that fed the crocodile in a caged aquarium. This incident occurred without the knowledge of the owners since they were away upcountry. Neighbors think that the reptile escaped the night before because they heard dogs barking all night. In the morning people saw the crocodile that was creeping in the street which lead them to be temporarily locked inside their homes out of fear

Why is he creepy? Was he drinking and ogling women as they walked by?

When I saw the headline I immediately thought of an old croc wearing daggy tight shorts.

Looks like the means to escape is weather related, not negligence or bad maintenance...so whenever it's hot, crocs escape!
