I believe the land department need a letter of minutes saying your company has agreed to buy land as part of the process of getting a chanote I had a quick word with a lawyer I used to use who wanted 6,500 baht to produce this letter.

Can I easily do this myself or is this a highly specialised instruction?

Myself and gf have over 90% shares

Jflundy, you have to have the letter (from memory)addressed to the land department. It is minutes of the meeting authorising the application for Chanote.Ask your accountant.

6,500 is a tad steep. Our professional fee is 1,000 Baht for the minutes. By the way,the minutes have to be in Thai.
