June 21, 201312 yr difficult to get outside of Bangkok except at a few hospitals that sell at a much more expensive price. We buy 4-6 months supply at South West Pharmacy Soi 15 Sukumvit. At about Bt700 baht a pen. No prescription required. Muxt keep cool though.
June 22, 201312 yr We could not find it around here and on advice from the docter we now have the thai brand no problem and much cheaper
June 22, 201312 yr Please take a Thai person with some good connections and they'll order it for you at the nearest hospital. -

Been on the needle 34 years. They do carry Nova and Lilly. rice555
June 22, 201312 yr Hello All, sorry I messed up on your brand/type of insulin, but if all you need is an NPH, there's 3-4 pharmacies in downtown that have it, I also use Nova Insulatard(NPH). The only thing is, don't know if they have vial, I use pen so don't know. A pen with a BD Micro-Fine 31G 5MM beats a insulin syringe all to hell for comfort. rice555
June 22, 201312 yr Hello All, if you look at the map with the RED "A" marker at IT-Plaza you make a R turn(or L) off Hwy. 224 onto Chumphon Rd. and drive up to Assadang and turn L. Up about 80-M. on the L is Bangkok Bank, about 30-M. futher on the R side is the drugstore that orders for me. Order Sun/Mon and usual have on Fri. This the only place I found that will special order. Open 7 days a week. The second store is L on Chompong Rd.(the next street past Assadang) drive up and across the next intersection at Vatcharasarid, as you go through the intersection, the store is the second store on the L. If you go past K-Bank(L/H side), you've have gone to far. Open 6 days a week. The third place, you go all the way up Chumphon behind Ya Mo, R at the corner, across the moat and R at the corner and back towards Ya Mo. L at the first street across from Ya Mo(Pho Klang) and up about about 140 M on the L just past the parking lot.
