Anyone know who has the rights to broadcast Brazil World Cup games? Are any matches free?

I want to know before I commit to a company/contract - I've decided my internet is inadequate for decent pictures of games. I want HD for a big screen.

So who to choose for TV? CTH has EPL, and True has European Champions League - and La Liga and Serie A. But who will have Brazil?

Ne'er mind all that roundball pish - you have your own forum for that - what about the 2013 world cups?
