Uk Settlement

Featured Replies

Hiya all

what has to be included in the letter offer of employment on return to the UK.

Also is the letter enough to cover the UK settlement finance question?

Thanks all :o

Your prospective employer should state what date you will start work, what your salary will be, and what job you will be doing.

Cheers,

Scouse.

Hiya Scouse

will they expect me to return to work in the UK before they issue the visa? As I just want to stay out in Thailand until its sorted.

Providing you have a job to go back to, that should satisfy the financial side of things.

Hi i was in the same situation as yourself and have just had SV granted today!!

I have been here for a year or so and just produced a letter confirming i had a job to go to on my return from the employer.

I also had very little savings so agree that the letter should hopefuly be enough for the financal section.

All the other areas were covered well thanks to this forum so make sure all the other areas are complete and you should have no problems it took just over 2 weeks from submitting application so not to long.

Best of luck

Jay
