hello all

thinking about an avanza...in a vauge way...

does anyone have one...worried that with a 1.3 and loaded up..it wont make it up any hills

The Avanza is very light so a 1.3 will probably provide more power than you'd expect. Also, the Avanza is rear wheel drive which is a rarity for these types of vehicles. Personally, I think the van looks a bit "tippy" being so high off the ground and being of such light construction.

I like ours..............although the wife doesn't. It has quite good acceleration, and last week ,we bought it back from Pattaya loaded to the gunnels and had no problem with the hills. One thing I do like is it's turning circle.Even on a road U- Turn it will hug the kerb. To sum it up.

For value; Unbeatable

For performance; You got what you paid for, but still a little surprising how good it is.

Your Avanza always reminds me of something. I just can't put my finger on it.
