Yes, it was surprising to see the old desk ,.... and the kettle boiling away in the corridor ......

This part of the train was the "smoking room" .... for first couple of hours in the morning, the staff were all in "civies" puffing away! Then they changed into uniform... all very friendly! thumbsup.gif

Fixing a flat... the bike I rented on my first day in Pai.... lucky for me there was a repair shop very close... this guy fixed it for 5 or 10 baht ... he even ran into town for some glue or something... thumbsup.gif
