Not really.. have been through a few hundred shops and stalls...

take a walk along beach road nearly all the stalls there have them or go to the arab sector near marine disco they all have

There is a shop selling water pipes soi Kao Noi (Soi Boonsampan), just after the gas station, on the right hand side when driving from Sukhumvit. They might have what you need.

They have them in the big LIDO sp? shop, in the soi that runs from Big C extra Klang to opposite the bus station North Rd.

what soi that leads from big c on Klang to North pattaya rd where the big bus station is??????

Big C extra is on the corner of Klang, and another soi, don't know the name?

Following that soi to the end will bring you out on North rd, almost opposite the bus station.

Actually I think the name is LUKDOR or something like that, huge place, takes in many tour busses, I think it is also where many of the street vendors who hawk around the bars buy their stuff.

Quite an interesting place for a browse around, it is not far from the North road end on the left if coming from Klang.

Found it. The place is called Lukdod and seems to cater mostly to Russian tourists. Apparently a favorite stop for the Russian tour buses.
