There is a shop in Nathon, opposite Grand Sea View hotel, just after you turn left at Honda coming from Lamai. Not tourist prices either.

I've used this place a few times and they've been good

Be sure and look around their shop, they have more styles than they will likely show you at first. Take a look at the finished work waiting to pick up too, they can do some pretty nice stuff, but their Thai customers often want the conventional look so they might not suggest other things they can do. Can't get conservation or more technical art framing tho.....
