hello i am getting to re-fill my content for the First aid Box both for the car as for the house and i want it Very complete

does anybody have a good sugesion what should be in there beside the obvious stuff ( metal wire, pliers, hamer and duct-tape allready )

no im talking first aid kit , you'll be surprised how multi functional those "tools" are.

The mind boggles re hammer and pliers...

For a lay persons first aid box: antiseptic, sterile gauze (large sizes and amounts, enough to make a pressure dressing), ace (elastic) bandages, adhesive tape (including wider sizes, again for the making of pressure dressings) and if you can find it, a ready made splint is good.

Here's what I have in my kit, keep it in the car, but since the car's at home, right handy for everyone. Bought as a package from a guy in Ubon who's wife is a pharmacist. Cost a tad uner baht 1,000. EMS additional, not much.
