Accident PCX

Hi everybody,

My gf rode the bike and a car hit her..

Went to the hospital,the police station and then home.

She is ok and the bike also ,but I would like to know where I can repair my bike , it has some scratch and a broken mirror. Will the honda dealer do that ?

Hope they got hold of the car driver and let him pay for everything.

Actually she had her insurance to pay the hospital fee but the driver didnt pay anything and laugh at her but suddenly changed at the police atation haha.

Why? Was the car driver at fault ?... or are you assuming that all car drivers should pay for damages when involved in an accident with someone riding a bike ?...

Until blame is accurately proportioned no one should be paying anything to the other party.

Sure first find out who is guilty, then hang the car driver
