I need to change the modem router and i just bought a new one Asus DSL N12U B1 now i need to know the user id and the password as they don't give any help .....somebody can help me?

If it's the first time you're trying to access it, the username/password is probably admin/admin. (It usually is).

If you're talking about the modem/router then the ID and Password will be in the instructions which came with it.

Probably admin and admin as Rigsby says.

If you're talking about the 3BB ID and Password then they will be on the original document/letter that you got when you signed up for the service.

Thanks guys I am looking for 3BB user id and password usually it should be the same for all the customers, i tried to ask them but it's like to get blood from a stone

3BB modem password (i.e. admin password is usually the same) (for the modem provided by 3bb), the user name for you is generated and not the same.

The modem admin login for 3bb modem (if I remember right) is user: admin password: 3bb
