Just went to check with Panthip travel about tomorrow's Had Yai bus and HORRORS only a mini bus now.

I know there are big coaches that go to Had Yai - maybe from the bus station by the ferry-in carpark in Nathon or somewhere, but don't know details.

Anyone been recently and got details and times etc about this? Leaving from where and what times?

Cheers

The big bus leaves from the main road next to the old ferry peir in Naton town. 7:30 and 9:30 am. Tickets are sold in the concrete sala on the main road, on the corner of the drive way leading into the parking area and the area where the night market is held.

Err . . . no it doesn't, not any more. That's the Panthip bus and the reason I'm asking around for an alternative!

Use Sombat tour, office at the red lights to Laemdin market, ring road, Chaweng.

Thanks, but all they will do is to sell me a ticket (with their commission added) for a bus that I can walk onto in Nathon myself.

All I need to do is to try to find out where it goes from and what time!

But thanks for the thought.

Anyone know if they opened the new bus station between Immigrations and Nathon hospital yet?

It's completed but not in use. As you would know there is a new bus terminal just before Nathon on left side before BKK bank.
