Why the Price difference - Nexus 7 Tablets

Looking at these two Nexus 7 tablets , I can't see why there should be a price difference ?

I should wait, there is a New Nexus 7 that was released last week.

The new Nexus 7 looks very fine.

Just received the over-the-air upgrade to Android 4.3 on my Nexus 7.

Installed limited user for wife's 4-yr old to avoid those in-game purchases etc. Yes, she already cost me US$16 for absolutely nothing tangible, but now will not be able to do more of such. Maybe.
