This is something that you should be able to do yourself. I cant imagine that a Rayong condo is going to need anything at all complicated, and the whole point of such a site is presumably that you want to update it yourselves.

Look at Wordpress.com for free (ad-supported) hosting of a self-designed and template-based site, or pay USD30 to not have the ads.

Or get some cheap hosting elsewhere (1and1.com for example, there are many others) but still use Wordpress for the structure. All the decent hosting companies have one-click installs for Wordpress, maintenance is almost completely automatic and there must be a million websites and Youtube videos devoted to explaining how to use it.

You can PM me if you want advice.

Thanks for that.Appreciate you responding to my op.

But it's a condo which is used primarily as a holiday place.

People move in and out and to maintain ourselves will to be honest a disaster ,also I want some workflow documentation type process for approvals of docs etc..also would like to attach it to some payment engine to allow overseas co- owners to pay more seamlessly etc..

I basically need a 3rd party provider and host so that it will always be maintained.

I dont understand. Is this a site for the entire building or just one unit?

If it's for one unit then you can easily do a simple site yourself.

If it's for the entire building and you want to process payments through it then I dont really see how you can avoid involving the committee and/or the management, as they are ultimately responsible for the accounts. And unless your building revenues are very high then I think the cost of trying to do this via a website is going to be proportionately very high (not to mention fraught with danger if you involve a third party to deal with money).

That said, the nice thing about websites is that you can maintain them from anywhere on the planet; no need to be nearby at all. And as long as payment processing isnt involved you normally you would only need one or two persons from the committee or management to do it. So for posting documents, committee reports and news/info about the building, issuing bills and accounts, and online forms etc, or anything else that doesnt involve actually paying money, this would be ideal. I dont think any third party is going to be able to do it without the committee/management telling him what to do anyway, so why not just do it yourselves and save time?

For online payments of fees you could look at PayPal (for pity's sake never incorporate it into any website) but personally I would make owners pay their fees by electronic transfer from their Thai bank account. This puts all the onus of the protection of funds on the bank, and the unit owners can do it from anywhere over the internet.

Some of the world's most incompetent and dishonest people can be found in Thailand, pretending to be website designers (and/or estate agents and EFL teachers), so do be careful who you get involved with.

Dotography is one of the best in thailand. they have built and managed 2 of my websites and so far they are doing an outstanding job, They are not cheap but you get what you pay for. Their office is located very near to central world and you can check their website for what other sites they have built .
