Is there Public Library in Pattaya? Thx

I'm quite new here, and have no idea where that address is, is that near the Pattaya International Hospital? I ask that because I got handed the map route of the new bus, and between 2nd Road and Beach Road near the Hospital they have marked "Public Library" I will check it out tomorrow and let you know if that's it.

The Pattaya International is in Soi 5, so Soi 6 is indeed the next Soi southwards. Hold tight to your wallet when you walk down there...

The library is still there, very close to 2nd road, on the right hand side if u walk towards the ocean. About the 3rd door down, just before a pawn shop. It is mostly Thai books, there is an English section about 5 shelves, each 4 feet long, paper backs, and didn't seem too much of quality. A deposit of 20 baht per book, returned on book return. Take out time is 7 days. Overdue fine is 5 baht a day.

There is also the Hays Neilson library in Suriwong Road, Bangkok,

if you ever go up there.
