True inter sim

Featured Replies

Has anyone used the true inter SIM card calling from Thailand to Australia? The rates are only 1baht/min. Just want to know the call quality? any lag?

Cheers

I have used it to call the USA and quality is just OK,

I spend a little more and use the 09 service which works much better

Thanks for that. What is the 09 service? And how much is that?

TRUE uses the 006 service for allegedly better quality. 00600 is the cheapest.

004 DTAC

005 AIS (also 00500)

006 True (also 00600)

008 TOT

009 CAT

all use VoIP for toll bypass/LD trunking, as do calling cards, Local calling cards offer free local access and dirt-cheap rates, sometimes even less than 1 baht/min.

I think you need to try a couple of them as it will change depending on the tower strenght ,

I was just not happy with the 1 baht intersim quality ,

THe 009 seems like I am just down the street.....

your mileage may very :)

just wanted to be supersmart and mention for example not all phones work on 24.12 and 31.12

thats one of the main differences i found last year...
