Anyone had some laser jet cartridges refilled in BKK?

Hopefully not Pantip! I have friend coming from Laos who needs to get some refilled/exchanged.

I haven't refilled a laser toner but I run over a few laser toners belong to some motorbike cargo in oil station. I paid for 7 toners, which were badly damaged (how good of me). When I looked at the bill, I noticed these non-original toners (with chip) were just 400 baht each (for HP, black color). So, don't bother with refill. Just tell him to buy a non-original, local Thai brand toners. They are darn cheap.

I bought a refilled cartridge in April for a Samsung and that has gone well no problems at all - paid 1200 instead of 2400 for a genuine samsung (Office depot) . Then found out just up the road i could have had our old cartridge filled for 800. That is where i will be going back to next time. It is just one of those little ink jet kiosks in a supermarket - plenty of them around. You can also buy the powder and refill yourself for about 400 baht but i have heard it is messy if you are not good at it.
