Looking for house/condo in Rawai

Featured Replies

2-3 bedrom house or condo in Rawai.

Period will be from 1.november untill 20. january.

Will to pay from 15.000 to 30.000

Check the listings in Phuket Gazette. Siam Real Estate is very active in Rawai area and has many rentals. Probably most of the availables in your price range will not be listed but readily found just by driving along the roads. Start at the House and Lands development next to Chalong Temple, many nice places with swim pools.

Thanks for reply Keeniau96. I've been looking at both siamrealestate and phuketrenthouse but it seems like most of them been rent out alredy. Maybe its better i go look for one personally when i get to Thailand as you suggest.

I'll give this another shot. I can stay in both Rawai and Nai harn. Tell me if you know of anything

Tried the internet sites for a place in Rawai and didn't get much joy. Drove around for a couple of hours and found 3 or 4 good options, plenty of for rent signs out around here at the moment.

I looked on the siam real estate website and the prices looked expensive for 1 bed apartments. Hopefully I can find something cheaper when I arrive.
