looking for a company who could print logos on plastic drinking cups

Have been looking online but seem to end up with Chinese companies all the time I am sure there must be some companies locally in Bangkok or Pattaya right?

I presume you already have the plastic cups. Suppliers of paper/plastic cups normally work with the printing companies. If you know the suppliers of the plastic cup, you should be able to get them to quote you the price for printing.
