Has anyone been to Glow bar in sukhumvit, soi 23 recently? I've read about it on resident advisor and trip advisor, plus several other websites. What style of music do they play, do they have tech house, techno and progressive DJ's playing?

I've been to Narz in soi 23 quite a few times, the trance and progressive room, I looking for somewhere in BKK that plays tech house and techno, I'll be back in BKK in May 2014, unfortunately I'm stuck in the UK at the moment

GLOW is a small de cent club with a 60-70% western crowd, having rotating DJ's but mainly playing House Music, but afaik never Progressive House or Techno...

They delve into a bit of Porch and Carport Trance.

DJs at Glow do indeed play so-called "deep tech" house.

Some nights they play drum 'n' bass

Hardly ever any techno.

Deep tech house will suffice. Anyone know of any techno nights? What about funky villa and demo, what styles of music do they play. I'll bkk for up to 1 year, so plenty of time to check some clubs out.

FV usually has a thai band playing thai pop songs, but they take breaks, sometimes fairly long and during those breaks they play popular pop hits, some hip hop, basically the main MTV stuff.

Demo is usually playing heavy trance, dubstep, or hip hop and I think may be more what you are looking for. But its hit and miss, some nights packed, some nights empty.

Cafe Democ sometimes have techno nights.

Anyone know where Glow have their listings? I don't use facebook and their website just redirects to facebook now.

Just been to the Glow Bar and it was excellent, top music, top dj's, deep house and tech house, except it was ruined by the bloody army closing the club at 2.15am and all of the other clubs too!!!
