Yes it has a certain compelling charm whilst never rising to the heights of a James Bond - plenty of roles for Thais as well. The Bangkok of 1965 looks like a wonderful place with just the right mix of the old and new and no traffic jams !

I can see it now. All the bar stool CIA, Special Forces, Air America, I was there, wannabe's yakking about this film and their roles in it.

^ There are a few scenes that play out reoccurring threads on TV . I held my breath all through the balcony chase and the journalist hanging around is just like an old friend that I never had .
